Refund & Return Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:​

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected.

Shipping Carriers:​

We use reliable shipping carriers such as Ninja-Van for shipping methods.

Order Tracking:​

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Return Shipping:​

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund and Return Terms:

Refund is applicable if overpayments. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days from the date of delivery with details and pictures of the damage. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm on the overpayments, customer will receive their refund within 3-7days after the confirmation and we will refund back to original payment method.
